Starting Mobile Verification on cuantoto web
When you create an account on cuantoto web via Android app or iOS browser, you enter your email address and a password. The system then asks for your phone number. Enter your mobile number in the format that appears in the prompt (with or without country code, depending on your region). Tap "Send Code" and check your SMS inbox within moments. The code is a six-digit string and remains valid for ten minutes. If you do not receive it, tap "Resend Code" to try again; a new code is sent to the same number.
Once you receive the SMS, return to the cuantoto web app and enter the six digits in the verification field. Tap "Confirm" and the system validates the code against your phone number. If the code matches, your phone is immediately verified and marked with a green checkmark in your account settings. If the code does not match or has expired, the app displays an error; tap "Resend Code" and try again with the new code sent to your phone.
Mobile Verification is a one-time step that unlocks the full feature set of cuantoto web—deposits, withdrawals, and account security features all depend on it.
After verification is complete, your account is temporarily restricted to viewing odds and game catalogs. To place wagers or deposit funds, you must also complete KYC (Know-Your-Customer) verification by uploading a valid ID and confirming your identity. Mobile Verification and KYC are separate processes; both are required before your first withdrawal.
What Happens If Verification Fails or Is Delayed
If you enter an incorrect code three times in a row, the system locks verification temporarily for security reasons. A message appears telling you to wait five minutes before retrying. After five minutes, the lock lifts and you can request a new code. This protects against brute-force attempts—someone trying random codes to guess your phone verification.
If you do not receive an SMS code, first check that your phone number is correct in the account settings. Ensure your phone has SMS capability (not just data or WiFi) and that SMS reception is not blocked by your carrier. Some carriers delay SMS delivery during peak hours or holiday periods like Idul Fitri and Idul Adha; if you do not receive a code within five minutes, request a resend. If you still do not receive it after two resend attempts, contact our support team via in-app chat or email for manual verification.
If you switched to a new phone and can no longer access your old number, you can update your phone number in account settings. Tap "Settings," select "Phone Number," and enter your new mobile number. A new SMS code is sent to the new number; verify it, and your account is now tied to the new phone. Your old phone number is automatically unlinked.

Mobile Verification essentials
- One-time verification tied to your phone number, not your device
- SMS codes are six digits and valid for ten minutes
- Three incorrect code attempts trigger a five-minute cooldown
- You can update your phone number anytime in account settings
- Mobile Verification is required before deposits and withdrawals
Mobile Verification and Deposit Payment Methods
Once your phone is verified, you can deposit funds using any of our nine payment methods: DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking Virtual Account, local payment Virtual Account, online payment Virtual Account, and e-wallet Virtual Account. Your verified phone number is part of the anti-fraud checks that secure these transactions. When you request a deposit via mobile banking or local payment, the app links directly to those payment apps on your phone; your verified phone confirms that you own the account.
For bank virtual accounts (online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment), verification does not directly affect the deposit—you transfer money from your home bank to a unique virtual account number we generate. However, the system does cross-check your verified phone against your bank account during the verification process to prevent money-laundering. online payment deposits work similarly; your verified phone is scanned as part of the transaction metadata.
Password Reset and Account Recovery via Mobile Verification
If you forget your cuantoto web password, the recovery flow uses your verified phone number. Go to the login screen, tap "Forgot Password," and enter your email address. The system sends you a password-reset link via email and an SMS code to your verified phone. You must confirm the SMS code in the app before you can set a new password. This dual-verification approach prevents account takeover even if someone has access to your email.
If you lose access to your verified phone number permanently (e.g., your SIM is lost or your carrier discontinues the number), contact our support team immediately. They can help you re-verify with a new phone number and recover your account. You will need to provide identity verification (the same KYC documents you uploaded during signup) so our team can confirm you are the legitimate account holder.
Push Notifications and Verified Phone Security
With a verified phone, you also receive push notifications from the cuantoto web app. These include deposit confirmations, withdrawal alerts, login notifications from new devices, and bonus or promotion updates. You can customize which notifications you receive in Settings: tap "Notifications" and toggle categories on or off. Disabling notifications does not affect your verified phone's security function; critical alerts like "Login from unrecognized device" and "Withdrawal request pending" are always sent regardless of your notification preferences.
For additional questions about Mobile Verification, account security, or how to update your phone number, contact our support team via live chat, in-app help, or email. Our team can walk you through the process and assist if you encounter any issues during verification.
